This exercise requires the file Registrations3.fp7.
When working with many report scripts, developers often create a menu layou to provide a single access point for a user to select a particular report.
1. Select View -> Layout Mode then Layouts -> New Layout/Report. Name the Layout "Main Menu" and select Blank Layout. Then click Finish.
2. Click on the Text Tool and type "Report Menu" in the center of the body part of the layout.
3. Now click on the Button Tool and draw a rectangle about three inches long. Select the action "Perform Script" and choose the script "Prepare Past Participant List" from the list of available scripts. Click OK. Name the button "Past Participant List" and press Enter.
4. Choose View -> Browse Mode. Click the button "Past Participant List" to see the results.
